HVAC project leader

As HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of HVAC projects from start to finish.

Your duties include:

• Project management from A to Z
• Maintaining contacts with clients, architects, engineering firms and suppliers
• Preparation and follow-up of project schedules
• Collaborate with internal services such as site preparation, engineering, subcontractors and site management
• Responsible for technical, administrative and budgetary aspects of the site, including final responsibility

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Technical training as an industrial engineer or equivalent through experience
• Experience in a project leader position, preferably in the HVAC sector.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and plumbing techniques
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and team-management abilities
• Ability to convert customer needs into concrete solutions

This installation company specialises in Class 8 HVAC projects all over Flanders with a focus on public & industrial projects. Projects range from retirement homes and office buildings to schools, pharmaceutical and industrial institutions. Their office is located in Linkeroever, Antwerp.
