As Project Leader, you will be assigned a key role, where you will be responsible for:

- Full Project Realisation: You will ensure correct and timely completion of assigned projects within the building sector.

- Organisation and Coordination: You will take the lead in the organisation, planning and coordination of the project in technical, administrative and budgetary terms.

- Relationship management: You will maintain close relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and clients, conducting negotiations and ensuring effective communication.

- Quality Assurance and Safety: You supervise the execution of work and ensure quality and safety on the construction site.

- Team development: you manage site managers, intervene in technical challenges and ensure continuous team improvement.

- Implementation of Quality Standards: You will be involved in the implementation and monitoring of quality systems, including ISO and VCA procedures.

- Reporting and Communication: You regularly review and report on the progress of projects, ensuring accurate communication with stakeholders.

- Leadership: You will report to the Operations Manager and act as an inspirational leader within the team.
