Project Manager

To expand the team, our client is looking for a Project Manager. The job responsibilities include:

• Site visits to (new) customers and quotation preparation
• Site follow-up from quotation approval to site delivery
• Purchasing materials, renting machines if needed
• Drawing up the schedule
• Attending site meetings
• From the implementation plans, determine the technical, material and financial resources
• Monitor and control the progress and conformity of realisations according to the implementation plan
• Present the site, planning, construction methods and regulations to those involved

Who are you?

• Knowledge and/or interest in garden maintenance, landscaping and infrastructure works
• You speak Dutch and can hit your stride in French
• Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of AutoCad is a plus
• Driving Licence B

For this position, our client offers a gross monthly salary depending on your knowledge and experience, complemented by fringe benefits.
