Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You will be responsible for the project from the moment the sale is closed.
• You will take measurements on site and review assembly options and finishes based on practical implementation on site.
• You will also make further appointments with clients and architects to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• You will be responsible for various files of external joinery work from preparation to delivery to after-sales.
• You will work very closely with the different department: sales, production, installation,...

As a Project Manager, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• You already have initial work experience as a site manager or project manager within the construction industry.
• Preferably, you already have knowledge and/or experience of aluminium structures, windows and doors, external joinery and/or cladding projects.
• You have great technical and analytical skills.
• You are dynamic an can switch quickly between different projects.
• You are communicative/commercially strong and work efficiently.
• You speak very good Dutch.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• At the very least, you have notions of Autocad.

Our client is an SME with over 40 years' experience in the production and installation of high-quality aluminium windows and doors. They are located in Beveren and have 2 showrooms next door. With a team of currently about 50 employees, they realise projects all over Flanders with a focus on East Flanders, Antwerp and Flemish Brabant. They are also currently actively building a completely new production site in Beveren. To support this further growth, they are currently looking for a Project Manager.

As a Project Leader, you will join a close-knit team within a company that invests in both its employees and the company itself. You will have a challenging job within an informal atmosphere with a flat structure. There is room for you to contribute your own insights or ideas. You work a 40-hour week which entitles you to 12 ADV days on top of your statutory leave. Since you work in construction, you will also have permanent construction leave. Moreover, you will also be working in a brand new company building.
