As a project leader, you are an expert in the field and responsible for several projects. From the order to the delivery and within a predefined timeframe.

• You develop a project planning within the foreseen time frame with attention to the technical aspects, details and budgetary guidelines.
• You follow the planning carefully and respect deadlines.
• You deal with your colleagues in a coaching and motivating way.
• You ensure proactive risk management and act as a problem solver.
• You coordinate both the site planning and the site occupation. You negotiate with a commercial spirit, acquire contracts and determine suitable implementation methods.
• You manage files, including the drafting of technical datasheets.
• You are responsible for budget monitoring and coherent and clear reporting.

For the position of project leader we ask:

• You are in possession of a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in wood/engineering (or equivalent through experience).
• You have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Computer knowledge (Office).
• Knowledge of Autocad and/or MS Project is an added value.
