Project Planner

- As a Project Planner, you play a crucial role in efficiently supervising large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

- You will be responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining project planning and progress reporting, ensuring that the project management team always has insight into progress.

- You will analyse and point out changes in planning, offering thorough explanations of forecasts and practical applications.

- In consultation moments, you advise the project management team in solving and preventing bottlenecks, and ensure the drafting, taking minutes and monitoring of agreements and actions made.

- You liaise closely with colleague's within the project team to keep a finger on the pulse and gather relevant information related to planning.

- You will also proactively think about future project management issues, such as integrated project management, Lean, 4D and other innovative approaches.

- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in construction and/or relevant experience as a project planner within construction or industry.

- You are highly organised and have excellent communication skills to work effectively with project colleagues'including project managers, site supervisors and work planners.

- You see complex environments as a challenge and are able to think solution-oriented.

- Knowledge of Excel is essential; experience with software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, TILOS SYNCHRO 4D is an added advantage.

- As Project Planner, you will work from the construction sites, located in the triangle Antwerp/Ghent/Brussels. You are therefore flexible enough to move around to the various sites.

- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, in addition, knowledge of another language is definitely a plus.
