PROJECT MANAGER INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

As an industrial construction project manager, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring multiple construction projects from start-up to effective delivery.
Your leadership and communication skills will ensure that works run smoothly and your team is motivated and efficient.
You act as a pivotal figure between architect, clients and subcontractors. You participate in site meetings and report to management.
You will monitor timing, quality and safety and prepare the schedule in relation to the execution of projects.
You will be assisted by the project planner, calculator and technical draftsman.

You hold a bachelor's degree in construction or equivalent through experience.
You have a technical understanding and analytical ability.
Dutch is your mother tongue and knowledge of French is a plus.
You are a good communicator, a born leader and are organisationally strong.
You work proactively, accurately and result-oriented.
You can work fluently with MS Office.
