• You work independently on challenging projects that are usually of a public nature under the supervision of the director.
• By means of tender documents, you prepare entire construction sites for execution (competitions - price comparisons - drawing up contracts - etc.).
• You use the knowledge you gain in the process during the execution for the workers, subcontractors, architects and building owners.
• You work together with others to achieve the best possible result.

Our client is a structural engineering study and consultancy firm. A family business with 4 employees specialising in managing the execution of complex public buildings up to 15,000,000 euros for which Class 8 contractors hire the company. The company is also active in the public market itself, carrying out smaller public works.

• You have experience as a project leader in the construction industry.
• Personality: good organiser, working quickly but accurately, social and solution-oriented thinking
• Specialist tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ...) & Acad
