Project Manager

As a project manager, you can count on the following remuneration:

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks within projects in finishing:

• You are the first point of contact for the customer.
• You follow up your project from A to Z in terms of measurements, costing, site organisation, planning personnel, materials,...
• You will manage various subcontractors and your own employees.
• You are responsible for site and work preparation.
• You watch over the schedule and budget.
• You prepare requisition statements.
• You will coordinate the execution of an average of 4-5 construction sites.
• You monitor the quality and safety standards associated with site execution and delivery.
• You are willing to travel in region of West Flanders, East Flanders, Flemish Brabant and Brussels.
• You report directly to the manager.

Our client is active in painting and decoration works and have been in business for decades. They distinguish themselves through their high-quality work and know-how. Their customers are mainly in the public sector and the professional market (B2B). They now have a team of about 20 employees and are looking for reinforcement in the form of a project manager.  

As a project manager for this finishing company, you largely possess the following attributes:

• You hold a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Engineering or are equivalent through experience.
• You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality.
• You have a good knowledge of current software; Bouwsoft and Autocad.
• You preferably already have initial experience in finishing such as gyproc, painting, plastering, ...
• You are stress-resistant and have perseverance.
• You can work well independently and are an organisational talent.
• You speak very good Dutch and also have a good command of French.
