For the vacancy of Project Manager at our client in Wetteren, you will be assigned many tasks:

• You will start the project and will follow up and coordinate it afterwards;
• You will prepare a site schedule and monitor staffing levels. Both for in-house employees and subcontractors;
• You will ensure safety on site and check the quality of the work carried out;
• You will look for suitable subcontractors by requesting and analysing quotes;
• You will prepare and prepare execution drawings and submit technical sheets;
• You manage the entire project administration (measurement records, progress records, budgets, attendance records).
