As a project manager, you are the pivotal figure within the company. You are in charge of the execution and handling of medium to large projects (flats, industrial complexes, office construction, public works, etc.), and this from the transfer of the file to final delivery. You are in contact with all the players within the construction process and communicate daily with the Director of Construction. The technical realisation, profitability and planning of the building project are also part of your job. You draw up the progress reports and are responsible for the provisional and definitive delivery of the project.

• Diploma in civil engineering or equivalent through experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry
• You are an organisational talent and can set priorities without losing sight of the details
• Leadership is written in your bones
• Knowledge of KPD-office is an advantage
