Project Manager Windows and Doors

In the job of project manager, you follow up the project from A to Z. You receive the customers in the showroom and assist them with the necessary advice. You measure the site for production and assembly. You discuss the technical specifications with the customer and subsequently draw up work instructions for both the production and assembly teams. The orders and the drawing up of tenders are also done by the project leader. In consultation with your colleagues, you help to draw up the planning for the installers. Once the project is underway, you manage the teams and the production. The sites are located regionally (between Ghent and the coast).

Our client is a company in the region of Aalter, specialised in aluminium windows & doors for the private market. Meanwhile, they already have about 15 years of experience in the sector.

A team of 60 people is responsible for the daily growth of the company. Besides windows and doors, they are also active in shop fitting.
