Project Manager Finishing

Given our strong growth, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager Execution, who will be responsible for the daily technical follow-up and quality control of the construction sites in progress.

Your responsibilities include
- permanent follow-up and management of works in progress: both for the realisation of general construction works and the completion of private units
- the monitoring with a critical eye of each partial aspect in the works in progress
- coordination of all parties involved in the design and finishing of flats: screed, style walls, tiled floors, parquet, bathrooms, kitchens, general HVAC and electricity,...
- the critical review of implementation documents and compatibility checks between documents
- early detection and reporting of any conflicts or implementation difficulties
- formatting of price comparisons
- budget monitoring, review of progress reports and planning control
- reviewing technical sheets and implementation plans,...
- preparing site meetings, organising and leading them and preparing reports
- Organising and supervising handovers. The adequate elimination of completion points in the aftercare phase

Education, experience and skills:
- you have a master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering in architecture
- knowledge of Autocad and MS Office, knowledge of BIM and Revit is a plus
- you have at least 4 years of relevant experience within an architectural, engineering and/or contracting company; preferably within high-end projects
- You have practical knowledge of building physics, structural engineering, stability engineering and energy aspects within renovation projects. Knowledge of restoration techniques is a plus
- you are pragmatic and act on the basis of logical and realistic practice
- you think in a problem-solving way
- you are punctual and critical, albeit with the necessary commercial touch
- you are stress-resistant, dynamic and proactive
- you have an affinity with high-end projects, with the DNA of VDD Project Development, you have a feel for high standards and finishing grades
- you have good communication skills in Dutch, French and English
