For this vacancy as project leader aluminium you will be responsible for the project from A-Z. If you have no experience you will be supported by the project leader.

• You sit down with the customer to go over the plans.
• You are responsible for planning the projects.
• As project manager aluminium you are the contact person between the client and the architect.
• You will participate in site meetings.
• As project leader aluminium you are responsible for the preparation of your production drawings. This means that you will be present approximately 50% at the site and 50% at the office.
• You are responsible for the follow-up of the production and placement process and you are in close contact with the suppliers and subcontractors.
• As a project manager, you will prepare the invoicing.

Our client is a company that has been in the construction business for more than 40 years. They employ 34 people, work with subcontractors and are active in roof edges, balustrades, wall cladding and façade cladding. Their projects are mainly hospitals, schools and apartment buildings. It is a family business where hierarchy does not exist.

For this vacancy as project leader aluminium you have the following qualities:

• Your knowledge of Autocad 3D or Parabuild.
• You have a construction engineering degree.
• You are open to learning something new.
• You have a strong spatial insight.
• You can take responsibility and you have a hands-on mentality, you are not afraid to take the lever in your own hands.
