You will be working in a company where no two days are the same. There is a lot of variation and you will (almost) never have to design the same thing. There is little turnover and you will be working in a team of 3 engineers/project leaders who will guide you in your learning process. You work 40 hours per week and are of course entitled to 12 ADV days.
