As a project engineer, you will work indoors as well as on the building site. You start as a designer on smaller projects in order to grow into a position as project engineer:

• Design in Autocad or Stabicad, Revit (BIM);
• Making calculations from installations, heat loss, pipe diameters;
• Supporting engineers in the preparation of dossiers;
• Drawing up EPB studies;
• Site monitoring.

Engineering office with experience and expertise in the broad sense of technical installations for medium-sized buildings such as offices, hospitals, residential care centres,...

• HVAC installations
• Electrical installations
• Sanitary installations
• Energy concepts
• EPB calculations

The design office sits at the table with, for example, architects in order to produce a complete design. The project engineers follow up the file from A-Z.

The team of 4 is looking for an additional colleague.

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical direction such as electromechanics, energy technology, electrical engineering, ... or equivalent by experience;
• You have interest and affinity with sustainable energy;
• Strong technical insight;
• Reading and interpreting plans;
• You can work with Autocad. Knowledge of Stabicad, Revit, BIM and EPB are a plus.
• Manage own files and take responsibility;
