Our client specialises in carrying out integrated studies in which the various engineering fields are brought together to result in a coherent whole. They offer technical support that does full justice to the architectural design so that the quality of use and comfort of the building can be experienced to the maximum. They are specialised in special techniques, general energy efficiency studies, dynamic comfort simulations of buildings, EPB studies for both Flanders and Brussels and stability studies.

• Strong interest in the technical side of construction
• Electromechanical engineering degree / Bachelor of Air Conditioning or equivalent through experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit is an asset
• Knowledge of EPB software is an advantage
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• You are stress resistant and precise
• You function well in a team
• You can work independently
