Production manager

• You will manage the various operators on the 2 production lines
• You will assist in drawing up the work distribution, ensure optimal product flow and work closely with the agro department to this end
• You will help start/stop the production lines and support in case of possible breakdowns
• You ensure optimum efficiency of the shifts and work closely with the technical department to this end
• You continuously monitor product quality and work closely with the lab to this end
