Function

As production coordinator, you act as the first point of contact for operators on the shop floor. You will shadow production and work closely with the production manager and foreman.

Your duties and responsibilities as production coordinator:

- You are a role model for your team and know how to motivate, guide and coach them. Your team consists of a minimum of 15 motivated production workers.

- You monitor the set targets and adjust the production process where necessary to achieve your results.

- You maintain an overview within production together with the foreman.

- You will be the point of contact for your team and their foreman in case of questions or problems.

- You record and analyse KPI's concerning safety, quality, productivity, etc. The necessary administrative handling is part of the task package.

- You pay attention to the proper functioning of the machines and consult with the foreman and stellers in case of breakdowns.

- You collaborate where necessary. You jump in to support your team and meet delivery deadlines.

- You will report to the production manager.

Profile

As production coordinator:

- Do you hold a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in an engineering discipline. Don't have a bachelor's or master's degree but relevant experience within electromechanics? Then you certainly qualify too!

- Are you organisationally strong and stress-resistant.

- Can work fluently with MS Office.

- Speak fluent Dutch.
