As Product Owner, you are the bridge between customer and product implementation teams.
Starting from an idea to final implementation, you will lead the conversations between the development and sales teams and the IT implementation and support teams.

What are your main activities?

• Define and promote your product's vision within the team. Make sure the goals are clear and that the vision is aligned with the business objectives.
• Prioritise your needs and objectives, taking into account budget, scope and time constraints.
• Following your own strategy, define and manage the list of business requirements within a product backlog.
• Monitor the development stages of your product.
• Bridging the gap between sales, customer and IT
• Manage, monitor and report on the project roadmap.
• Report project performance to Business Partners and members of the executive team.
• Understand and follow industry trends (IoT, drones .... ) and bring new ideas.
• Analysing customer feedback

Our client is a rapidly growing group in the co-ownership management (syndication) sector.
They are active throughout Flanders and are fully busy acquiring other offices to expand their network even more expand.
To manage all this, performant software is incredibly important.
You will be employed in their business unit which mainly focuses on the development of innovative software and tooling focused on the trustee and rental market.
To take this even further, they are looking for a Product Owner to further set the lines for optimal use of the software for all stakeholders (owners, tenants, syndics).

What are your key capabilities as a Product Owner besides a positive attitude and the necessary dose of humour?

• A master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Product Management.
• Experience in stakeholder management at all levels (from technical delivery to executive level).
• Good coordination, analysis and presentation skills (both oral and written)
• Big plus if you have been involved in transformation projects before.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.
