Prevention advisor

As Prevention Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies within our organisation. You will ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental legislation. Your duties include:

• Conducting risk analyses and preparing prevention plans.
• Advise and support management and employees on occupational safety.
• Organising and conducting safety training and education.
• Investigate incidents and propose measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.
• Follow up on statutory inspections and checks of work equipment and installations.
• Manage and update safety documentation.

For the position of Prevention Consultant, we are looking for someone with:

• At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• A Level 1 or 2 Prevention Advisor diploma
• Good knowledge of Dutch legislation on welfare at work.
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
• In possession of a driving licence B
