PLC Engineer

As a PLC engineer, you will develop, implement and support hardware and software solutions for automation projects both upgrade and modernisation.

• Provide complete control designs for material handling projects, including electrical design, software design and commissioning.
• Provide solutions to minimise disruptions to customer operations.
• Support system errors, investigate and resolve them where necessary.
• Perform supervisory duties on sites at control projects as required.
• Supporting the sales team with cost estimates, control system design concepts and recommending spare parts.

Who are we looking for as a PLC Engineer?

• At least a degree in a technical field (Electromechani, automation, Electrical Engineering...)
• Practical experience in a similar role, preferably in an automated warehouse sector.
• Knowledge of PLC's: Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
• Knowledge of control-related equipment (HMI's...)
