• You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and follow-up of projects and ensure timely,
• quality and safe installation at customers' premises.
• You will manage a full team consisting of calculators, planners, work planners, technical and
• administrative support.
• You are responsible for directing subcontractors.
• You prepare each project thoroughly on a technical, administrative, financial and operational level
• You closely monitor execution quality and strive to maximise first-time-right placement of
• a project.
• You are result-oriented in order to bring the projects to a successful conclusion.
• You provide the necessary technical support within your team.
• You will closely monitor the KPIs of each project and report directly to the COO

• You have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. electricity, electromechanics,
• renewable energy) or equivalent by experience
• You have experience in managing projects
• Experience in the sector is a definite plus, a strong interest in renewable energy and the associated
• solutions is a must.
• You are a practical person, like to work autonomously and dare to make decisions.
• You have a solid dose of organisational talent and are a born leader so that you can effortlessly lead your team
• manages, motivates and promotes cooperation between all departments.
• You are flexible, driven, commercial and communicative
