Function

As Payroll Partner Outsourcing, you function as an extension of our clients' human resources department.


In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Advising clients on their payroll and HR administration.
  • Organising and managing your work independently in consultation with clients.
  • Keeping your knowledge and skills up-to-date.


Profile

  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years in payroll and social legislation, allowing you to effortlessly advise and optimise processes.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to provide creative and efficient solutions to complex issues.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, with knowledge of other languages considered an added advantage but not essential.
  • Experience using Excel to analyse and process payroll and HR data.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel, with a travel time of up to one hour being acceptable.
  • Ability to quickly find your feet in different working environments.
