Operations Manager

As Operational Manager, you will be responsible for leading the inside sales and technical department. You play a crucial role in connecting different departments and ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Your leadership qualities enable you to guide and develop a team of driven professionals.

• Managing the inside sales and technical team
• Transfer knowledge and enthusiasm to the team
• Function as a bridge builder between various departments and customers
• Establishing and maintaining schedules and schedules's
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring quality
• Technical troubleshooting and training support

You recognise yourself in the following qualifications and skills:

• A technical degree, preferably Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Electromechanics & Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Organisationally strong and passionate about implementation processes
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French
• Proactive, solution-oriented and a hands-on mentality

This company is a distributor within the BENELUX for heat pumps, air conditioning's and ventilation systems to installers. Their office is located in Brecht.
