As Insurance employee you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks focused on insurance file management. Your role will include both the production and handling of claims, and you will perform full file management for our client portfolio. In addition, you will eventually have the opportunity to go on the job for ancillary claims, where flexibility and customer focus is very important.

Our client is a relatively large banking and insurance firm. To strengthen their growth and ensure service to their customers, they are currently looking for a colleague.

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience within the insurance industry
• Knowledge of BOAR insurance;
• Team player who also likes to take initiative;
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in Dutch;
• Willingness to attend relevant training courses;
• Experience with the BRIO software package is an advantage;
• Flexibility and integrity.
