You will be working in a varied position within a growing SME that is active internationally. You will work in daytime hours in a 39-hour week, which means that you will have 6 extra days of holiday. Function

You design new parts and adjustments to machines according to customer requests. You work closely together with your colleagues from engineering and the workshop. You follow up the revision and construction of the machines in our workshop and you give regular feedback to the customer. Planning, purchasing and good administrative follow-up are part of your projects. You help develop new concepts for machines and are responsible for the design and budgeting.

Furthermore, you are responsible for the programming of a new plasma cutting machine and you follow up the planning in the workshop.

Organisation

Our client is an SME with worldwide contacts specialised in the purchase and sale of used earthmoving machines of all brands and sizes. Furthermore, they also design machines themselves according to customer specifications. In addition, they have a well-equipped warehouse for maintenance, repair or modification work.

Profile

- You have a higher technical degree such as industrial engineer electromechanics, mechanics, bachelor electromechanics,... Or equivalent through experience.

- Preferably you already have 2 years of relevant work experience, but motivated school leavers can also be considered.

- You are passionate about machines and technology.

- You have good knowledge of Dutch, English and preferably also French.

- Knowledge of the CAD programme Autodesk Inventor is a plus.

- Knowledge of programming CNC machines is a plus.

- You are driven and customer-friendly.
