Manager Service

• You set the right priorities and objectives for each service project and follow them closely according to your schedule.
• You guarantee a smooth, transparent and proactive flow of communication to all parties involved.
• You take initiative to meet agreed deadlines on repair work.
• You advise and support clients in feasibility of projects and provide them with good after-sales services.
• You will manage the delivery & follow-up of a quality intervention service by our maintenance technicians.
• You handle the financial administration related to projects (creating, approving and following up).
• You will prepare and follow up project reports in various systems from which you will then prepare the necessary analyses and reports.
• You estimate risks in advance and proactively try to address and/or avoid them.
• You set up the necessary actions in order to sustainably maximise the profitability of your projects.
• You continuously set a good example regarding procedures and guidelines.

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent through experience.
• You have a strong technical insight and see yourself as a real problem solver.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You have a heart for people and find the input of your team very important.
• Working proactively is something that suits you down to the ground. You have a real hands-on character.
• You dare to take well-founded decisions for the good functioning of your department.
• Experience in the field of piping systems is a plus but not a must.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch is required.
• A good knowledge of English is a plus.

This company specialises in the construction and realisation of industrial projects. This centres on three of their areas of expertise: Fire Protection, Plastic Processing and Air Purification.

• Permanent contract, indefinite.
• Salary depending on experience supplemented with benefits: meal vouchers €8/day, net expenses, hospitalisation and group insurance, eco vouchers, laptop, mobile phone
• Commercial vehicle
• 40h/week, 20 leave days + 12 ADV days. Freely selectable by agreement.
