Machinery project manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for relieving customers from A-Z.

• Sitting down with the client to discuss requirements
• Elaborating the project on a technical level in cooperation with suppliers
• Checking technical drawings
• Selecting the right machines and parts
• Organising FAT and SAT, in the workshop or onsite at the customer's premises
• Taking account of ATEX requirements 
• Making customised adjustments to delivered machines
• Planning the assembly of various projects
• Coordinate installation and delivery of the machine to the customer
• After delivery, you remain the customer contact person

This company specialises in total projects within the bulk handling sector. They integrate machines for conveying, dosing, weighing, mixing and packaging powders and granulates. They started as an offshoot of an established machine builder and have existed on their own since 2017. Currently, the team consists of 2 people and regularly call on services from the original parent company. Meanwhile, due to growth, they are looking for an in-house project manager to commit to the continued growth of the company. The offices and warehouse are located in a modern office building in Eeklo with parking in front of the door. 

• Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent through experience
• A driving licence
• Fancy working in smaller company where your job responsibilities are not 100% delineated and there is room for initiative
• You want to work customer-oriented and always think in a solution-oriented and commercial way
• You are willing to travel regularly to customers (mainly in the port areas in Flanders and the southern Netherlands)
