We are currently looking for a 'Legal Advisor' for the Kontich office to support the team.

As Legal Advisor, you will join the Accounting Team in Kontich. Here, you will be jointly responsible for various legal projects.

• Here, you will provide advice on legal questions, as well as coordinate and assist with one-off assignments (e.g. incorporations, company liquidations, restructurings).
• You draft various documents such as powers of attorney, contracts, donations and much more. In addition, you act as legal secretary and take on the following tasks, among others: registration KBO, connection SVF, application VAT number, etc.
• You will also take legal work on VAT legislation under your belt.
• Finally, your responsibilities also include the tax and audit sections: in concrete terms, this involves filing annual accounts and movable property declarations.
