As a Lead Engineer you are responsible for the realisation of multidisciplinary projects in direct cooperation with our customers.

• You are responsible for the development of products based on the wishes of companies in various sectors.
• You ensure that specifications are met in terms of safety, reliability, stability, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability and maintainability according to various industry standards and regulations.
• You continuously improve yourself, your work and your performance.
• You strive for maximum quality and customer satisfaction.
• You manage your design team and are the spokesperson towards production suppliers.

• Technical university Master's degree in Engineering (or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a variety of realisations.
• Track record in electrical & mechanical engineering: design principles, generation of new designs and technical concepts.
• Experience in leading design teams.
• Knowledge of various industry standards, regulations and machine guidelines.
• Excellent knowledge in the field of manufacturability and maintainability.
• You can communicate technically with customers and suppliers.
• 3D CAD modelling (INVENTOR, NX).
• Selection of supplier components.
• GD&T, tolerances, reading electrical schematics, construction principles.
• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic attitude.
• Team player with a helicopter view.
• Ability to work in an international multicultural environment.
• Creative thinking.
• Leader who motivates and inspires a team of professionals.
• Good communication skills in English and Dutch.
