Surveyor

As a surveyor, your duties will include the following:

• Performing various surveying services for a variety of projects, including construction projects, land development, infrastructure works and more.
• Preparation of valuation reports.
• Applications for environmental permits.
• Determination of boundaries, preparation of building line plans and applications for pre-cropping.
• Perform dilatation work on construction sites.
• Collaborate with colleagues's and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Using modern surveying technologies, including 3D laser scanning, to capture highly detailed information.

After an induction period, you will have the opportunity to work independently and develop your expertise.

As a surveyor, you will largely fulfil the following:

• You have a completed education at Bachelor's level in surveying, geomatics or a related field.
• You can work well independently, have good communication skills and a great sense of responsibility.
• You speak very good Dutch.
• You have a good technical insight.
• You can work accurately and have problem-solving skills.
• You are flexible to work on different projects and in different locations.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.

Our client is a large surveying firm headquartered in the Antwerp region. They currently have about 50 employees spread over 10 offices in Flanders and recently also in Wallonia. They work both for private individuals and for industry, real estate, infrastructure,... Currently, to expand, they are looking for surveyors for various regions.
