- At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a finance-related field.
- Experience in a similar role in a bank or insurance agency.
- At least basic knowledge of insurance products and/or credit.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
