Customer advisor bank

As Customer advisor At our Knokke branch, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You provide a warm welcome, guide customers in their daily banking affairs and provide them with appropriate advice. Your duties will include:

• Welcoming and assisting clients in the office.
• Providing advice on day-to-day banking matters such as account management, credit cards and online applications.
• Carrying out cash transactions.
• Assist with various administrative tasks.

For the position of Customer advisor We are looking for someone with:

• At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A presentable appearance.
• A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Commercial drive and ability to build relationships.
• Accuracy in operations.
• Independence and flexibility.
• Team player mentality.
