Industrial Electricity Inspector

As Industrial electricity inspector You will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

You will be responsible for inspecting and testing electrical installations in an industrial environment and help ensure a sustainable and safe working and living environment for each of us.

You will carry out inspections in accordance with AREI legislation, prepare inspection reports and advise customers on safety standards and improvements.

You will be on the job daily and work mainly in the East Flanders region, starting with domestic projects and progressing to more complex industrial projects.

First and foremost, you will receive thorough and high-quality in-house training with theory, practice and study time. You will also attend regular refresher courses.

You will report to the sector managers.

As an Industrial Electricity Inspector, you largely meet the requirements below:

• You have already gained initial working experience within the electrical field.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field or are equivalent through experience.
• You have a good knowledge of electricity, high voltage and circuits.
• Familiarity with AREI legislation or willingness to learn it and take the corresponding exam.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• You can work well independently.
• You are also punctual and orderly.
• Quality and safety are of great importance to you.
• You speak, read and write very good Dutch.
