• Inform and advise customers on the various insurance options available.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions based on them.
• Provide clear explanations on the coverage, terms and conditions and premiums of the insurance products offered.
• Assist in drafting, amending and renewing insurance contracts.
• Proactively respond to changes in the market and inform customers of new products or benefits.
• Support customers in making claims and ensure smooth and efficient handling of the process.

• You hold at least a bachelor's degree.
• You know how to communicate with different types of customers in a professional manner.
• You possess the ability to put customers first and offer services that meet their needs and expectations.
• You can work well with colleagues's from different niches to offer customers a full range of products.
• You have the ability to identify and exploit business opportunities.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
