• You will therefore be in regular contact with our R&D, Customer Service, IT, etc. teams
• You will work together with your colleagues on the development & industrialisation of new products (end-to-end engineering)
• Your eagle eye quickly sees connections between test data, problem situations, and will continuously formulate, stimulate and work out optimisations for this in order to increase our sustainability
• Together with your team and the Quality Assurance Manager, you will bring the recommendations from Audits to a successful conclusion
• So you will be able to test out new ways of working on machines, suggest hardware-related adjustments or safer ways of working etc.
• You are a decidedly hands-on person! You wouldn't mind rolling up your sleeves to carry out preventive maintenance, for example
• Moreover, technicians in production will count on you to solve more complex problems
• Administrative tasks such as reporting on machine yields etc are also part of your duties

Our klart is a market leader in development & production of valves, application tools and accessories for PU foam in pressure vessels.

• You preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanics, or equivalent experience and background
• Enthusiastic school leavers welcome

• Proactive attitude towards problem solving and continuous improvement
• Experience in project management and working in multidisciplinary teams is a plus
