Junior file manager

As a Junior File Manager, you will be responsible for accurately managing and following up customer files. Your duties include:

• Preparing and processing administrative documents.
• Processing purchase and sales invoices.
• VAT return preparation.
• Checking data and ensuring accuracy in records.
• Support senior case managers in more complex tasks.
• Communicate with customers and external parties to gather information and answer questions.
• Maintain records and archives according to applicable procedures and regulations.

For the position of Junior File Administrator, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Initial work experience in a similar position is a plus, not a must.
• Bachelor working and thinking level.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of MS Office and experience with the accounting program Expert -M. Some experience with the accounting package Yuki is definitely a plus.
