Junior Filekeeper

As Junior File Administrator, you will have the following tasks:

• Booking of purchase and sales invoices, bank statements;
• Management of daily accounting of both companies and sole proprietorships;
• Deduction of outstanding customers and suppliers;
• Preparation and drafting of VAT, Intrastat and tax returns;
• Preparation of annual accounts and balance sheets.

Our client is a well-respected accountancy firm with more than 30 years of experience on the counter. To support their experienced colleagues and internal operations, they are looking for a new colleague.

As Junior File Manager, you are/will be:

• Bachelor or Graduate degree in Accounting or Master in Accountancy or equivalent through experience or other training;
• Communicative and social;
• Precise and accurate;
• Sense of learning and evolving;
• You can work independently and are also a team player;
• Down-to-earth type;
• Loyal and motivated.
