Well this could be your remit:

- You will be responsible for the cost estimation and budgeting of our projects from structural work tem the final finish, according to project requirements.
- You analyse the construction drawings, the specifications, the bill of quantities and other relevant documentation. In doing so, you take into account feasibility, execution principles and material choices and specifically request tenders from subcontractors and suppliers.
- You identify potential risks and proactively look for optimisation and alternatives, without compromising on quality. By offering these variations, you make your mark of expertise.
- You also know how to distinguish between essentials and side issues, depending on the phase the project is in.
- You analyse and compare offers based on delivery time, quality, completeness and costs. In view of the project preparation, you contact the most important subcontractors. You maintain healthy relations with our suppliers and subcontractors.
- Naturally, you go for 'the win'. However, where sales pushes on the gas, you hit the brakes appropriately. A well-balanced tandem!
- You play a key role in the internal handover meeting from the construction project to our project management.
- You will continuously study construction trends and developments. This way, you maintain a comprehensive knowledge of building materials, construction processes and building regulations.
- You are disciplined in using our digital tools and guidelines to support internal and external communication, in short with the entire construction team.

- You obtained a professional bachelor's or master's degree in a structural or building engineering discipline.
- You look back on at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- You have a network of specialists in the field in the construction industry? That's a plus!
- You have strong communication and language skills, both oral and written (N/F).
- You are a fluent user of Microsoft Office applications. Excel holds hardly any secrets for you. Knowledge of MS Projects is a bonus.
