(Junior) Accountant

As a (Junior) Accountant, you will have the following duties:

• Taking care of operational accounting and administration of various companies in collaboration with your colleagues's;
• Entry of purchase and sales invoices and banks;
• Preparation of VAT returns;
• Monthly and quarterly reporting;
• Preparing year-end closures and external audits;
• Follow up on supplier accounting;
• Preparing weekly payment orders.

Our client is a property developer with more than 100 years of experience on the counter.

Due to strong growth, they are currently looking for a colleague to join their Finance team. As an Accountant, you will join a team of 7 colleagues's and report to the Finance Manager.

As a (Junior) Accountant, you are/have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Taxation or equivalent through experience;
• Experience in a similar position is a big plus but not a must;
• Analytical reasoning skills, numerical and accurate;
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented;
• Collegial, you like to take initiative and have a healthy dose of entrepreneurship;
• Very good knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French and English is a big plus.
