IT Support Staff member French speaking

As an IT Support Engineer :

• You provide first line support for all ICT-related questions and incidents (PC, laptop, thin client, tablet, smartphone, printers, beamers, telephony, etc.).
• Analyse the incidents and search for the most efficient solution
• Decide whether the in-house IT department can solve the request or whether external parties must be called in
• Provide remote or on-site support in case of problems
• Coordinating the installation work in our branches with an external party

You have completed an education in IT. It is a plus if you have a first job experience in a similar function

You have a very good knowledge of French and speak fluent Dutch
