Function
- As an IT Analyst, you will join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for Systems & Network Support. The continuity of the company is your main concern, which you guarantee by means of a proactive approach regarding system and network operations, technical maintenance and support.
- You analyse and handle IT problems and think critically about appropriate measures in function of the service. Furthermore, you are responsible for the coordinated IT Systems & Network operations and work closely with ITCC in the areas of: systems, storage, network, maintenance of computer rooms, security and availability.
- Providing internal customers with quality operational and technical support to enable employees to function effectively and efficiently is the main focus of the job.
- In addition, you are responsible for the improvement and development plans and you are actively involved in the preparation and execution of new and existing IT developments. Profile
