Internal Sales Truck Parts

You will be working in a stable and healthy family business in Handzame. Compensation in line with market conditions, depending on function and experience (full time 39h/week). Internal training is provided. Starting immediately.

• You will be working in a team that is responsible for selling truck parts to garages and large transport companies in a certain region.
• You support the external salesman by speaking to his customers
• You will answer the phone to customers from the office in Handzame
• You handle an order from A to Z (except the logistics part)
• You check whether the requested spare parts are in stock
• You discuss the price and delivery time with the customer
• You give technical advice where necessary

Our client, with more than 200 employees, has been an established player for 60 years in the market for buying and selling used trucks and truck parts for MAN and Mercedes vehicles. With their specialised services garage, bodywork, construction, revision of engines and gearboxes, cardan department,... they can offer our customers a complete and specialised service.

You are a driven and dynamic candidate with a sense of initiative and strong commercial qualities, and have extensive technical knowledge of trucks and parts.

Technical competences:

- You are in possession of at least a bachelor degree (automotive technology, automotive mechanics, electromechanics, ...)

- You have PC skills (MS office, Internet applications, GUI, EPC, Mantis, ...)

- You have strong language skills, especially strong knowledge of French
