Well this could be your remit:

- Well before the crane goes into the ground, you take the lead on the entire internal operational and administrative construction process of our high-quality residential or commercial projects, keeping an eye on the predetermined and sophisticated budget and realistic execution planning.
-You are the hub '@ the office' of the project in progress, working closely with the external project manager (your eyes and ears on site), our subcontractors and suppliers.
- From the internal handover meeting onwards, you will form e'en close tandem with the external project manager. Together, you will build on the efforts already made by sales and our calculators. You are the locomotive for a qualitative and thorough project and site preparation tem the delivery.
- You are the supporting and driving force of the external projet leader in maintaining the flow on the site: drawing up, sending out and following up price requests in time for the planning and progress of the site, carrying out the necessary negotiations, drawing up contracts with subcontractors, requesting technical sheets, processing requested or required additional work and integrating it into the budget after approval, checking invoices and/or drawing up progress reports, etc.
- At key milestones during the project, you also visit on site.
- You ensure the preparation of correct final accounts.
- You know how to keep an overview of your projects at all times, in which planning, budget and communication are essential. You also report on this at regular intervals.
- You use our digital tools and guidelines in a disciplined way to support internal and external communication, in short the entire construction team.
- In summary, your focus is mainly on the budgetary aspect of the construction project and the smooth progress of the site.

- You obtained a professional bachelor's or master's degree in a structural or building engineering discipline.
- You look back on at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- You have a network of specialists in the field in the construction industry? That's a plus!
- You have strong communication and language skills, both oral and written (N/F).
- You are a fluent user of Microsoft Office applications. Excel holds hardly any secrets for you. Knowledge of MS Projects is a bonus.
