Insurance relationship manager

As a relationship manager, your focus will be on providing tailor-made services and advice, building lasting relationships with clients. After an induction period, you will become the first point of contact within the office for everything to do with insurance. Your task is to proactively process and expand these services within the existing client portfolio. In doing so, you always keep your eyes open for new opportunities in other domains and ensure good referrals where possible.

Besides your commercial responsibilities, you will also take care of the administrative preparation and follow-up of claims files. A few days a week you are responsible for customer reception at the counter, supporting the daily operations of the office, especially in the field of account management and payments.

• A relevant education and/or experience in the banking and insurance sector is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language, both orally and in writing.
• Good communication skills.
