Insurance relationship manager

As Insurance Relationship Manager in the Hulshout region, you will be the point of contact for clients regarding their insurance. Besides insurances, you will also take care of daily banking matters at the counter during counter hours.

Your main duties will include the following:

• Assist with insurance BOAR and claims.
• Function as counter clerk.
• Handle and complete administrative processes.
• Maintain customer relationships and build trust.
• Advising customers on insurance products and services.
• Contribute to internal process optimisation.

We are looking for a motivated professional with who is customer-oriented and organisationally strong. In addition, you have the following competences and skills:

• You obtained a degree in a relevant field or are equivalent through experience.
• Ideally, you can fall back on at least initial experience in a similar role.
• You possess excellent communication skills.
• Experience with BOAR insurance is an advantage.
• You are customer-oriented and empathetic.
• You are organisationally strong.
• Good command of the Dutch language is a must.
