Insurance relationship manager

As Insurance Relationship Manager, you will be an indispensable link within this team. Within this job, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You advise customers on their insurance policies.
• You always process policies accurately and with the utmost care.
• The main focus will be on professional clients.
• You will advise clients within a broad spectrum of insurance policies, for example: BA Uitbating, fleet policy, Industrial accidents, ...
• You will build and maintain customer relationships.
• In case of insurance-related questions, you will become one of the first points of contact for your clients.

To fill this Insurance Relationship Manager vacancy, we are looking for the following person:

• You already have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or are equivalent through experience.
• You are positive, a team player and collegial.
• You already built up experience within insurance, knowledge of professional insurance is useful.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are not foreign to you.
• You hold the necessary certificates to work in the sector.
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is not a problem; if you speak another language, this is definitely a plus.
