Insurance employee

As an Insurance Clerk, you will be responsible for managing insurance files, advising clients and providing the necessary information and support for insurance queries.

Your duties will include:

• Customer advice and support on various insurance questions.
• Management and follow-up of insurance files.
• Back-up support to your colleagues's specialising in loans and investments.
• Contribute to the commercial success of the firm by providing customer-focused solutions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Insurance Officer who is ready to start or further develop his/her career in the insurance sector. Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or equivalent through experience.
• Commercial attitude and customer-oriented thinking.
• Preferably in possession of relevant certificates.
• Fluent in Dutch and French due to its location near the border.
• Ability to work independently.
• Healthy dose of assertiveness.

Our client is a small banking and insurance office. The office currently has 3 employees and is therefore looking for a 4th colleague to join their team.
