Insurance consultant Retail

We are currently looking for an Insurance Advisor Retail to join the team. As an Insurance Advisor, your duties will include the following:

• You will be responsible for the correct and smooth administrative handling of clients' employee benefits files from A to Z.
• You are the central point of contact for the customer for all their questions regarding your area of expertise.
• You take the necessary initiatives to guarantee your customers the best possible service.
• You will work closely with the account manager responsible for the employee benefits domain.
• You liaise with customers both by phone and email.
• While dealing with customers, you will actively seek out other commercial opportunities.

To fill this role in the Berlaar region, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You hold a degree in a relevant field. For example, a bachelor's degree in finance & insurance.
• Ideally, you have already had at least three years of experience within insurance.
• You are customer-oriented.
• You always work in a precise and orderly manner.
• You are communicatively strong and stress-resistant.
• You are a team player.
• Besides a professional command of the Dutch language, you also know how to express yourself fluently in English and French.
• You are someone with a sense of initiative.

We are currently looking for an Insurance Advisor Retail for an independent insurance broker in the region of Berlaar, with the aim of expanding the team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be part of one of the leading insurance brokers in the country, with several offices spread across Flanders. Unlike a traditional brokerage firm with a limited number of employees, here you will find yourself in an organisation with around 200 professionals. Despite its size, they value the working atmosphere and internal culture, aiming for an open and accessible environment. Moreover, they aim to present themselves as a generalist broker focused on insuring a wide range of clients, from individuals to the self-employed and international companies.
